If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days from the day you've received your parcel. 

We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Items returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.


 1. What is you return policy?

  • Return must be done within 7 working days upon receiving your order.
  • Returns are provided for all items (except sales / promotion items,Lingeries and Accessories) 
  • Returns only can be made one time per order no.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be paid in full price (non sale items), unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging..
  • The amount refunded will be deducted for Shipping cost ( RM6 WM, RM10 EM).
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If the products have been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount. For example, paid price for the products less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
  • All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item(s) [see below].
  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

2. What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.

In the event if the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.


3. Incorrect / Defective items received

We apologise if we have sent you an incorrect / defective item. kindly contact our customer service at elevenbykissis@gmail.com or drop us a message at Facebook / Instagram about this issue with your Order Number and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 7 working days upon receiving your order.

  • all parcels must be sent back to ELEVEN within 7 working days and proof of tracking number and postage fee receipt must be emailed to elevenbykissis@gmail.com
  • if the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a replacement item or store credits in its place.


4. What is the return & exchange shipping cost?

  • For unsatisfactory Items (Examples: Item does not fit / Do not like the item / Quality not up to expectation), the return & exchange costs will be borne by Buyer. 
  • Exchange Shipping cost will charge for RM6 WM / RM10 EM.
  • Defective Items (Examples: Incorrect Item / Item big stained ), the return & exchange shipping costs will be borne by Kissis.

 

5. How do I return an item?

Kindly Pack your return items with original items with tag, along with PACKING SLIP for us to check and contact you further.

6. What is the timeline for my exchange or refund?

It takes about 7-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfilment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange or refund.
